Relax, Breathe and Write

There is millions of reasons why to start over, new goals, new hobbies and new objectives. However it is important to breath slowly, stop for a second and think about ourselves really deep inside, what we really one? what we have to change to improve our lives? how to become better? how to improve self-confidence?. These questions are always there, that’s why we have to listen.

Starting by writing your goals in piece of paper, it will help to remains us and to look inside what we want to achieve. In my case I will start with small goals, smalls routines like going to the gym everyday after work or walking my dog for 30 mins around the block everyday, eating healthier. “Remember our bodies are our temple”

Starting a new year can be difficult for some people, specially if last year wasn’t the best. however we always have to be grateful and be positive.

Self- confidence – the world of sport recognizes the importance that confidence has on success (Vealey & Chase, 2008). therefore many studies believe confidence play an important role in success. I am not recommending to change personality, always be yourself; but applying a bit of confidence everyday it does not hurt anyone.

In resume starting healthier routines for a short period of time, breathing slowly (Meditation 1 minute) and keeping self confidence would be the key of healthier life and healthy mind.
